We built Experiment OS because the alternative was cobbling together Airtable, spreadsheets, and a testing platform that was never meant to be a source of truth.
That approach is brittle, slow, and knowledge evaporates when someone leaves.
Experiment OS is one system for research, hypotheses, experiments, analysis, and decisions.
Everything connected, nothing lost.
What it actually does
Experiment OS isn't an A/B testing tool. It works alongside whatever testing platform you already use.
It's programme management infrastructure: the system that tracks what you tested, why, what you learned, and what you did next.
Research that feeds forward
Capture evidence and findings from analytics, user research, competitor analysis. Link them directly to the hypotheses they inform.
Hypotheses with structure
Turn insights into testable statements with clear success criteria. Prioritise based on evidence, not gut feeling.
Experiments with honest analysis
Bayesian statistics that show probability and uncertainty properly. Know when you have enough data to make a decision. No p-hacking, no premature winner declarations.
Decisions that stick
Record what you shipped, why, and what you learned. Build iteration chains so insights compound over time instead of disappearing into old spreadsheets.
Revenue modelling that holds up
Annualised impact projections with conservative assumptions and visible evidence. Numbers you can actually defend to stakeholders.
Why we built it
Most in-house teams improvise their experimentation infrastructure. They end up paying more for Airtable subscriptions than purpose-built software would cost, and they still don't get statistical analysis, iteration tracking, or learning that persists.
We wanted software that enforces good practice by default.
Research connects to hypotheses. Hypotheses connect to experiments. Experiments connect to decisions. Decisions connect to the next test.
The workflow itself prevents the shortcuts that lead to bad experimentation.
10% to causes that matter
10% of whatever you pay goes to digital rights, accessibility, open source, LGBTQ+ rights, and investigative journalism. Not profit. Revenue. You choose where it goes when you subscribe.
We use it ourselves
Experiment OS is battle-tested on real client work. Every AWIP engagement runs through the platform. It's how we manage programmes, track learning, and prove impact.
